Make it personal.  Help us collect Six Million Coins in your very own Tzedakah box.  Each coin collected honors of someone who perished and ultimately assists survivors in need.

Rabbi David Wolpe

“We must make certain that the Survivors have every possibility of living full and rich and good lives, and that their dreams
— while they are still with us —
never go unrealized.

We must remember that the blessing of those who survived is our blessing too. Help us to say in six million ways:
Never Again.

In 2013, Mount Sinai Memorial Parks and Mortuaries, in conjunction with The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, USC Shoah Foundation - The Institute for Visual History and Education  and The Jewish Journal of Los Angeles created the Six Million Coins® Initiative to remember those who perished in the Holocaust as well as honor the brave who survived.

Today, there are more than 500,000 Holocaust survivors worldwide, including over 200,000 in Israel. The average age of a survivor is 79 with nearly a quarter who are 85 or older. With scant pensions, employment options, social support networks along with limited welfare allowances, most of these Holocaust survivors live close to desperation. Won't you join us as we honor them?
